Channah Brandsema: A photographer with a passion for capturing life’s moments through the lens, while also embracing the world of surfing and catamaran sailing. Living in harmony with the tides. With master’s degrees in sports physiotherapy, she brings a holistic approach to well-being for athletes, shaping a narrative of diverse passions and artistic vision.

Fundraiser

Almost a year ago, I had a surfing accident a hit from my surfboard to my face. Since then, I’ve been struggling daily with symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, and sensory overload. I’ve now been diagnosed with traumatic brain injury. Where I used to be able to exercise daily, do photoshoots and enjoy social activities. That’s often no longer possible.

In the US, at Cognitive FX, there’s a specialized treatment that can truly help me. Unfortunately, the costs are very high and not covered by insurance. Friends have started a crowdfunding campaign to make this treatment possible.

All profits, untill december 2025 are going to this fundraiser. So with the art you use, you will support Channah in creating more!
